talent management

A fully integrated management and production company, producing film, television content and representing actors;

Vaticinate Pictures was created as a response to the lack of diversity across Screen, Television and Film, representing diverse, groundbreaking talent.

Robert Williams is a talent agent with over a decade of experience representing actors across theatre, film, and television. Prior to launching Vaticinate, he held key roles at leading UK agencies including Red Door Management, Simon & How, and BMA Artists, where he cultivated strong relationships with top casting directors and production teams. Known for his sharp eye for emerging talent, Robert secured breakout roles such as Elroy Powell as Union Jack in Stephen Merchant’s Fighting With My Family and Bethannie Hare as series regular Cher McQueen in Hollyoaks.

His involvement in initiatives like Film London’s Microwave Film Fund (2016) and the Junior Entertainment Talent Slate (2018, 2023) has enabled him to discover and champion unsigned creatives, helping launch distinctive voices in British storytelling. Robert also co-developed a science fiction feature with Shan Ng and the late Star Wars producer Gary Kurtz.

This year we independently produced feature My Half Night starring client Adam Fielding. Recent casting successes include Edward Wu in Ride the Cyclone (Southwark Playhouse Elephant), Wyman Hy in a soon to be announced horror franchise, Alessandro Biot in The Christophers, and Leanne Lim in BBC Radio 4’s Postal Vote. His clients have appeared in major TV series (Casualty, Vera, Silent Witness, Will), films (Disney’s Aladdin, Johnny English 3, Warhunt), stage productions (Tina: The Musical, Raymond Briggs’ Father Christmas, In the Night Garden), and high-profile campaigns for brands including O2, KFC, Adidas, Vodafone, Coca-Cola, Nintendo, Virgin Atlantic, and HSBC.
